A living example (not a slogan)
I’m 82. Focus/ADHD made the old desk tax brutal — bounce between paperwork and the screen, lose the thread, pay for it in hours and frustration. I didn’t argue for the limitation. I removed it: voice to AI (Nova / Grok Bot), then organized notes, invoices, and field work without that back-and-forth.
Result: I work longer, enjoy it more, and still ship the jobs. That’s what “empower” means here — practical, not marketing.

2. Pick the AI you actually use. Ask it: “Build me a beginner curriculum for [your goal]. One lesson a day. I verify everything.”
